WHERE TO TOP UP

For Players who did not receive Top up through PlayMall
  1. Login to your PlayMall Account.
  2. Click the top-up button.
  3. On the Payment Channel page, please the payment channel you used.
    (Kindly ensure to choose the correct payment channel.)
  4. You will see a message below saying “Problem for refilling Click”
    Press the word click.
  5. You will be prompted to History Payment. You will see a Resend button on the side of your transaction which you have not received. Click Resend and you will proceed PlayMall page. You may check if you have received the said transaction.
