Those players that have been banned or blocked may reclaim their accounts only by paying the penalty through CABAL M Bailout.

Note: The response of the E-Support will determine if you are eligible to avail CABAL M Bailout.

HOW TO BAIL YOUR ACCOUNT

PHASE 1: If your account is Blocked/Banned and eligible for Bailout

1. FILE TICKET IN E-SUPPORT

    • Go to E-Support
    • Choose “Unblock ID”
    • Login using your PlayID Account / Google ID / Facebook ID
    • Fill up required information
      • Forgot and Don’t know your UID?
        • Ask our E-Support for your UID
    • Wait for e-support reply with Bailout Procedures

PHASE 2: Bailout Procedures

2. Go to PLAYMALL

    • Log in using your CABAL M Account

3. SELECT CABAL MOBILE

  • Choose your currency base on your country.
    • PHP
    • VND
    • USD

4. INSERT YOUR UID (GAME ID)

5. PURCHASE “992 FORCEGEM”

 

6. SCREENSHOT TOP UP HISTORY

  • Reply to the e-support response
  • Attach Proof of your play mall transaction History

 

7. VERIFICATION / ACCOUNT RELEASE

  • GM team will verify your purchase
  • Once verified, they will delete the Forcegem in Cash Inventory
  • Lastly, Release the account and reply to the ticket

BAILOUT FAQ

  • Can apple users allowed to Pay through Playmall?
    • AppleID Users is not be allowed to access PlayMall as a policy.
    • For alternative you can create a Playmall ID.
