HOW TO JOIN

REQUIREMENTS

To enter the tournament and vie for glory, follow these essential steps:

 

  • Top 100 in LEGEND ARENA:

    • To be eligible as team captain, you must hold a place in the Top 100 players in the LEGEND ARENA RANKINGS.
  • For Andromeda Server Only:

    • This tournament is exclusive to the Andromeda Server.
  • Registration Period:

    • Register your team between December 6 – 10, 2021, no later than 11:59 PM PHT. The first 8 teams with correctly completed registration will have a one-day match on December 16, 2023.
  • Team Composition:

    • Your team must consist of five (5) players and up to one (1) substitute player.
  • Age Requirement:

    • Team members should be 18 years old or older.
  • One Team Per Player:

    • Each player may only register one (1) per team only; he or she is not allowed to participate in multiple teams.
  • Prepare Your Devices:

    • Participants are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connection are in good working order, complete with charging cables, on the day of the matches.
  • Tournament Format:

    The battles will be conducted in a 5v5 Single Elimination format.

    • Round 1 (Elimination Round): Best of 1
    • Round 2 (Semi-Finals Round): Best of 3
    • Battle for 3rd: Best of 3
    • Finals: Best of 5

REGISTRATION

To ensure a fair and efficient tournament, please adhere to the following:

 

  • Register Online:

    • To express your intent to participate, complete the registration form HERE.
  • No Duplicate Battle Classes:

    • Teams must ensure their lineups have no duplicate battle classes.
  • Upload the team logo and member photos:

    • Team logos and individual member photos must be uploaded to Google Drive. Photos should be clear, high-definition images taken against a white background, with team members wearing their official jerseys or black shirts.

MECHANICS

Get ready for a thrilling contest that demands not only skill and strategy but also discipline. The Nevareth Siege Battle—Andromeda Tournament is here, and here’s a comprehensive look at the rules and mechanics.

Tournament Area

  • All battles take place in the Saint Island within the Lakeside Map.

General Rules

  • Any appeals or concerns related to the tournament will be reviewed by the Tournament Committee.
  • Team captains are responsible for addressing issues and reporting them to the tournament marshal assigned to their guild/team.
  • All issues and concerns raised after the tournament will not be entertained.
  • Participation in the tournament implies your agreement to abide by the rules and regulations set by the Cabal Franchise Team and the PlayPark Tournament Committee.
  • By participating, you grant PlayPark, Cabal Franchise, and affiliates the right to record, use, and distribute media materials from the tournament.
  • Tournament facilitators will handle all fouls, warnings, and decisions. Issues and concerns should be addressed on the match day, as concerns raised the following day will not be entertained.
  • Match interruptions can only be initiated by the Tournament Marshal; ongoing matches must resume unless a Tournament Marshal intervenes.
  • Players must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior.
  • Item rewards will be inserted into declared accounts during registration and are Account/Character-bound unless declared tradable.
  • Teams or members displaying unruly conduct will be disqualified.
  • Employees, suppliers, and service providers of PlayPark and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from joining the tournament.
  • PlayPark reserves the right to withhold prizes from disqualified teams.
  • The decisions of the Tournament Marshals and the Tournament Committee are final.

Substitution Rules

  • Each participating team is allowed one (1) substitute player, declared during the pre-registration period.
  • Substitute players can only play if a main player is unavailable, and they must be of the same class as the player they are substituting for.
  • Substitutes are not eligible for the rewards.

Fouls

Zone Foul

  • 1st Offense: Warning.
  • 2nd Offense: User will not be able to play for one round.
  • 3rd Offense: Team Disqualification.

Skill Foul

Using skills in the tournament area before the countdown results in a foul.

  • 1st Offense: Warning.
  • 2nd Offense: User will not be able to play for one round.
  • 3rd Offense: Team Disqualification.

Strike Foul

Striking any of the GMs in-game is a foul.

  • 1st Offense: Warning.
  • 2nd Offense: User will not be able to play for one round.
  • 3rd Offense: Team Disqualification.

Title Foul

Having any title during the match leads to round disqualification.

Battle Mode Foul

Usage of Battle Mode 1, 2, or 3 during the match automatically disqualifies the round.

Item Foul

Usage of Frontier Stone and/or any HP-related potion during the match results in round disqualification.

Resurrection Foul

Resurrecting on the spot during the match is not allowed. Players must wait for the signal before they resurrect or proceed back to the area.

Time Limit & Management:

  • Setup time is strictly limited to 5 minutes.
  • Each match has a 5-minute duration. If both teams have the same number of players alive, a 3-minute time extension will be granted.

Match Flow

  • Team captains receive an orientation.
  • Teams prepare by transmuting their nation according to the match number.
  • Team captains monitor the Group Chat for match instructions.
  • Livestream will be available on the Official Page, and only players on the Match List are allowed in the area.
  • GM announces the teams for each match and issues commands (READY, BUFF UP, FIGHT) to signify the match’s progress.
